Can anyone give me some good suggestions for cheap basic camping near Cathedral/ Whitehorse?  The cheaper the better... I'm heading down around the 17th of April, is there still lots of snow/ice up above the climbs or has it nearly dried up?  The shot on the webcam looks promising but it doesn't show higher up...any and all input appreciated...

probably the nearest camping near the cliff is on the Kanc at Blueberry Crossing. as for the status of the cliff, it is pretty clear on Cathedral, Humphrey's and the South Buttress.

I've been planning on refocusing and shifting the webcam soon. just finding the time has been hard. sorry... <grin>

covered bridge isn't open right now, so it isn't an option.

As an ex dirt-bag, I understand the need for cheap, close accomodations.

But now as a hypocritical Ledge resident, don't.

You WILL get busted and it WILL be expensive.
