Hey Scott,

Head over to the Peterborough store.  They should take it back without problems and work with you to help correct the situation.  If you have a receipt it will make things much easier.   Unfortunately, not every salesperson knows their stuff but there are some who are absolutely amazing.  EMS, REI, IME, Bean...  they will all have their good and bad.  The plus side is most of these places have great customer service policies and will work to make things right.

And on a different side, I agree with Dave and Pete, as I too work at EMS and can say that company has made some very positive changes.  Not every store is perfect and we've all had jobs we loved take a change in a direction we did not agree with.  But EMS is working to makes itself better.
