lost slings and pink tricams at Hammond
« on: November 13, 2008, 01:30:48 PM »
Forgetful climber misplaced several Mammut dyneema slings and a pink tricam and perhaps a few other pieces of gear at Hammond Pond 11/2/08.  Return much appreciated.  Thanks.

Bad juju to become separated from your pink tricam.  My thoughts and prayers are with you for its timely return.

I have found 3 pinks over the years... I still haven't figured out what to do with them.

At least the larger sizes can be used to open a beer

Leave your aliens and c3s at home and it's easier to appreciate their utility.
Or give one to Jake.

(ac, sorry for the hijack - truly hope someone has retrieved your gear for you.  Dale.)

You may have seen this before, but it says all there is to say about pink tricams:

If you want to get to the peak, you ought to climb without giving it too much thought.
