I thought that was pretty well written. If it was tottally biased the author would have never left the "yo" part in the article. Even though I've never been there from what I read it sounded like things had gotten a little out of control and some changes needed to be made but the restrictions seem ridiculous to me. After reading that aboriginal people had to pay a fee in order to perform ceremonies on their own sacred land I was flabergasted. Now that is ridiculous.
