Monsoon!
« on: March 15, 2010, 02:42:07 PM »
Floating away down south.  My office is out of seabrook and it's wild here, I live in Nottingham and it's an absolute shitshow there.  Roads flooded, trees down; i don't even remember it being this bad...oh wait.  This same thing happened last week!

amazing Jon... we had a lot of rain down here for the past 36 hours but very little wind and it's stopped raining now as well.

Is it just me, Jon (and Troy and the rest of us on the coast), or has this winter been the windiest in a while (nice alliteration, eh?).

We haven't lost power, but I'm missing some bricks from the chimney and branches from the few trees we have.

If it's overhanging, I'm probably off-route.

Yup, about 7 inches of rain over a 3-day period down here by Boston.
Imagine if it had been colder and all that precip was snow?
Snow day for sure.  :)

I have a job in Newmarket NH this week, I show up this morning to check on my guys and the lamprey river had gone up almost 4'.  My jobsite is almost cut off from the town.

My folks live in Topsfield MA.  They scored a John Holmes amount of rain.
