According to the site, the closest I could find Fat Tire is around RRG; Lexington, Cincin, etc.  Road trip!  :)

They sell this in 4-packs at the various discount bev. stores around the valley but Discount Bev II has the best price, $9.99 I believe.

Careful, this stuff is 12% but it masks it well...

Discount Beverage has Flying dog Double Pale ale. Use caution, 11.5% but really good.  I think its 7.99 for a four pack.

Dale's is a CO beer that only comes in cans so you can bring it to the climbs.

I am enjoying a Fat Tire right now!!! My Brother brings them up from Charlotte, NC whenever he comes home for a visit. It is a most excellent Amber Ale!!!

Next on the menu is a Magic Hat Demo IPA. Nice and hoppy with a spicy finish.

I will round out the night with a Highland Brewing Company (out of Asheville, NC) Oatmeal Porter. This thing is like climbing 5.13 in tennis shoes.....

demo is good although I do think the Blind Faith is better.  Ipswich Ale IPA still takes the cake but its hard to find outside of MA.

My new favorite dark beer, Knightslayer, 9.5.  Appropriately named and more than 2 are dangerous.

They're available around northeastern VT, also at their pub (Trout River) in Lyndonville.  It's THE place to stop on Friday or Saturday night after a day of ice climbing at the lake.

If anybody makes it out to the Taos, NM area-

The worlds smallest brewpub , Blue Heron, 600 sq ft on the  river, 3 Vineyards , good whitewater and 5 minutes to the climbing.
