you could always give it up Grammy!!!! ;-)

Divorce and single parenting plus the standard "two job" valley life has pretty much done that for me Al. Getting out this weekend though. dust off the tools and see how it goes!  ;)

rode the MTB down to the North End, halfway up the cliff road, around the lake and back home. what a beautiful day! The North End is in surprisingly good shape and there were a ton of folks there. that said, Diagonal has fallen down and pretty much everything else id crappy. I would be very careful walking near the cliff, except at the North End! looks like things are going to get much colder early next week...stay tuned!

Great day on the ice at the Barking Dog Crag today... Everything is really fat and there is some running water here and there that's going to refresh things.

BTW don't park in the plowed lot by the baseball field. That's off limits. You can park on the side of the road on the north side of the last house if you pull well off the road.

Thursday was beautiful, but it rained off and on all day Friday. It's now 44 degrees at 8am here in the Valley. Looks like we are going to have rain tonight through Monday.

we've gotten .57 inches of rain since 8AM this morning. right now it's pouring and the rivers are rising. I'll bet that we will have flooding overnight!

I have my pager open, and the fire chief in Conway just speculated that part of West Side road will be gone due to flooding...  And Passaconway Road is not open all the way through.....
