Ran up the Cormeir Magness route yesterday in the late afternoon. Everything was dry and beautiful. Not a stitch of snow or ice to be found (except at the base of the slabs).... Just a heads up though, if you climb this route the first bolt on pitch 3 is only finger tight. Didn't have a wrench on hand..... Nice to be back out on some sunny rock :)

Bouldering at Farley today and the black flies were out, not biting yet....also out at my house at 1,100 feet. 

I give you guys a week, two if you are lucky....
