Climbing is dry (over night showers possible). Mountain Pines is open, the water may not be on though. However the Main Cliff is closed already do to the Peregrine's. Enjoy

Gate to stonehouse is still closed.  Road was quite flooded.  All routes were nice and dry.

Wandered up Fletcher's Cascade yesterday.  Conditions were fun.  Steeper stuff available further up the left hand flow on the right.  Good place for a stroll in the woods with some ice thrown in for good measure.

Newfound was good on Friday.  No one there Duofold and Bloodline both fun.  Topouts fine.

It was nice bare foot climbing weather for part of the day at the Main Cliff of Rumney yesterday. It started out at 14 but quickly warmed up when the sun was out.  There was almost no slow. It looks like the peregrines are moving in. They were hanging out on the upper ledges and making a fuss.

Anybody been up to Rumney(or Cathedral/Whitehorse) in the last few days? I'm wondering if it's worth making a trek north and hoping for some dry rock. Probably head up tomorrow or Sunday. Thanks for the help!

35 degrees and sunny most of the day today... I'd be surprised if there wasn't something dry to climb!

Rumney was surprisingly dry besides the usual. Got in a good outing at Main...couple new projects. Peregrine's are active. So Main Cliff will be closed soon. Get it while you can. Enjoy.

Arrrggghhh.  I had the kid this morning then I had to work a few hours this afternoon.  It really killed me to stare out the window at clear blue skies! 
I am glad people got out to enjoy themselves though.  Maybe I should play hookey on Thursday.

Portions of Farley are also now closed for peregrines.  The Zen Garden and the Four Tiers are open, but in between is closed (Courtroom, Main Slab, Pinnacle, Yellow Wall, K2 area, and the Balcony).

Thanks Mark.  You might also want to note that I went out bouldering Wednesday and found a deer tick on Ella (not imbedded thankfully) when we got home.

I hate ticks.

Ouch.  Poor thing.  Keep a keen eye on her; I know two people who needed to be treated for Lyme even though "their" ticks were not embedded.
