Kinsman Notch
« on: December 25, 2011, 10:04:17 AM »

Merry Christmas y'all.  I climbed at Kinsman Notch with J.Roberts the day before Xmas.  Conditions are improving and the ice is building.  Temps about 15F but some water is still running.  The ramp on the right and the pillar next to that are almost IN.  The steeper thing in the middle is barely IN, as is the rampy thing to the left.  Bring stubbies if you want to lead anything.  A party did come by and looked at The Beast.  They left, unconvinced.  Happy to be out for the first time this season.

Climbed Kinsman today 12/29.  1st day out of season.
Quite depressing actually.  Needs more time.  More than
likely not that good this weekend.  Leprechauns Lament, right side,
took 16s and thats all that looked human on this side.
Beast looks like poop.  Got one more flow, left, past beast that
involved multiple tie-offs. Pleeease cold, come on!
