In all honesty, if your young and strong, with no nagging injuries etc, I really don't think this plan is impossible.

Hell, I'm 66, with quite a few health problems, and last Sunday, I did 7 pitches of 5.10 trad and a few of 5.9, in about 5 -6 hours. Ya, I'm bragging but hell, I didn't start early, and really had no plan for the day either. It just happened.

Going to the Valley in 3 weeks and I must prepare-right?

Yes John,

I've done it twice.

I plan on doing NEB of Higher Cathedral Rock for sure. My favorite route in the Valley. Probably done it 10 times.

I forget the number, but for my buddy Todd's 37 or 38th birthday we did 37 or 38 pitches.  i think the rule was .9 or above.  But, it was no holds barred, TR or lead.  Good stuff.  I think he is 43 or so now, be fun to do it again.
