could someone who has actually done the upper section please go over the description for Lowther's route that's in the Routes section on the site. I need to confirm the description for the new guidebook.

Does the Star of David follow the same line as the ice climb the Myth of Sisyphus?  Has anyone done that route?  I thought the upper pitches were contrived but it did offer good climbing.

yes Erik. from what I understand it does follow that line. I remember seeing the bolts but have never tried it. if you are interested in trying it sometime let me know. I'll definitely go along.

Al and Erik,

I did a couple of years ago and it's worth doing. Follow the bolts that angle farthest to the left, about a 45* angle from the ledge at the top of pitch 1 or 2, depending if you link them. I found the lower pitches to be more fun than the upper. The last pitch is short but will make you feel a little out there ;D. Have fun.
