Waterproof/breathable Sympatex material with waterproof zippers. Excellent condition, no holes, rips, or patches. Should fit folks on either side of 6'. I'm 6'2" with a 34" waist and 34" inseam, and I have room to layer underneath. Located in Portland, Maine, but I'm in the North Conway area often.
