Thanks for correcting me, John.  Sorry, everyone.
The deceased was from Utah, so I thought "The Forks" meant AF.
I just re-read the newspaper article; the accident happened in AZ, so it is Paradise Forks,not AF.
I will correct the title of my post.

i have had a couple of "encounters" at paradise forks,, interesting area. AF on the other hand was my first sport climb,, filthy little fucking, shithole that it is
