Who mounts bindings on skis for short money?

I just bought an AT setup.  I didn't get the gear at a shop, but through Craigslist(PITA but cheap).  Anybody know where I can get the bindings mounted on the cheap?

Ragged as well and I believe EMS too, but I think they all get about the same rate. I don't know of any budget options but you can usually find the info you need to do it yourself at the wildsnow website.
