Avalanche is still very dangerous. Before, in previous edition of MFOTH, they talk about what to do to avoid as much as possible the danger. How to prepare yourself. Experience climber brought you in the mountain when the danger of avalanche exist. It is like training for crevasse without crevasse (I saw it in Quebec).
