No, it is all over the place for me too with different shoe makers; 38/38.5 Sportiva, 6.5 Mad Rock, 39/39.5 Scarpa.  My street shoe size is 7/7.5 US Men's.

I find most of my parts are getting smaller.  :'(

The TC pros I bought needed to go down a full size.

John, I started with a pair of size 42 EB's and the same in the Fire and Calma...then dropped down to a flipping painful 41.5 in the Mega!!!  :o  OUCH!! 42.5 in the Vectors...and so on and so forth. 11.5 in my Acopa legends and could have gone to a 12 easliy. Just bought a pair of scarpa Force x's in 45.5!!!! Definitely getting bigger and comfortable...like my waist line!!!

Today was a hot day so my broken-in size 39.5 Vapor V felt perfect.  Last weekend (COLDER), they felt a little too comfy.

Absolutely.  I have OYNXX rubber on them now.  Really well made shoe.  I reckon I need to get better footwork since I went thru the XGrip2 in ~4 months of gym climbing this winter :(.  Grip2 is better than OYNXX in my opinion.
