Tuckerman's- It Never Gets Old
« on: May 05, 2013, 03:15:54 PM »
Walked up this morning and did the 'ole one and done. Today it was Hillmans Left. Absolutely beautiful corn skiing.
I first skiied Tuck's in 1975- and is a large part of why I moved the MWV years ago. Such a spectacular geographic feature.
All I could think was "we're on the East Coast, right?"

Home by 2:00pm with the marguarita glasses ready to go.
Cinco de Mayo!

Today I walked up and skied Left Gully from damn near the top (the last 50' has melted out). It is alpine. It is storied. It is Tuck's.

It is f'in spectacular.
