Great article.
As far as the young kid goes, he was 12 and with adults. He died because the adults FUCKED up!! When you are taking a kid out I don't care how hard they climb you are responsible for thier safety. Kids that age don't think and are clueless, i've raised a kid and guided or coached many others. Hell, most adults fit in that catagory.
