Congratulations to Fan and Manuel! Notoriously lazy or not, I managed to grab a few photos. Very impressive climbing, way to keep it together.

Unfortunately only ass shots for Manuel, but I did get up on Airation for Fan's ascent.

Big congratulations, you two, and thanks for sharing the process.  Not everyone likes micro-beta, but on a climb with such gravitas and one most are unlikely to ever try on the pointy end, I think it makes the story that much better.

(Plus you got heckled by Om.  And called her a dude.  Classic!)

Nice write-up.  And quite a story that ended very well.
Have a safe trip back to Europe.
The Euros showing us up again, huh, Yanks?  :)

i'm only overseas for school - spent most of my life in China and the States (as opposed to 1 year so far in Europe), hardly an Euro. Manuel...well yes. He's a machine straight from the Frankenjura.

Well, one thing OM has going for her is she is an extremely good cook. I may eat some of that crow if she offers it.

Congraturlations both of you. I am glad it worked out well.

Nice photos, Perry.
