The Wim Hof Method
« on: June 27, 2013, 10:37:52 am »
Remember the "ice man", the guy who climbed Everest in shorts and can hang out in ice water for hours? Somebody passed along an article to me where it discusses his technique. Apparently he feels it not only makes you able to stand extreme conditions but consciously control your immune system. I figured this might be of interesting to some here.
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is not a path and leave a trail."
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness. John Kenneth Galbrait
