Child play is 5.5 if you begin on the left side of the detach block. Under the 5.10+ crack. It is an easy traverse, not as the fist crack just below or the mantle problem just in the right.


You are thinking of Kiddie Crack 5.7 - Child's Play is farther right.

Ummmm...unless left is right Child's Play is left of K Crack

Ha ha, I might think Kiddie Crack was less sandbagged if I could actually figure out which line it was.

This makes much more sense - for as long as I can remember I thought the 5.5 was supposed to be on the right. Felt damn hard for 5.5.

That's why carey is rated 7+ in the old book   :D and faceout ? is 5.8

The legend is that Vector was rated 5.9 in the original Ragged guide until Fritz Weissner, who put it up in the 30's, told the guidebook author that he had done the FA.

It was then downrated to 5.8.

Harder than Pine Tree I think.

Without doubt Connecticut has more sandbags than the rest of New England combined.
