i  just got cleared from having this.. a long term stretching and weakening of the chest muscles, including ,of course the heart !!

The only good thing is that i now have a +3.5" ape factor   ;D Too bad i'm not 25 again

Good news on the health front, John but, in spite of the impressive +3.5", I think you are still behind Nilan in apeness :)  He has some long arms!!

My good friend, the late Steve Weeks had the longest arms  have ever seen.  we were about the same height and he had at least 1.5" more reach than I. It was almost sloth like

Coach's arms get even longer these days reaching for the wine glass   :D
