Hugh Herr's 2014 TED talk
« on: March 20, 2014, 06:17:10 PM »

I was really inspired the one time I met Hugh. The presentation he gave at TED this year was equally inspiring, according to some friends who have seen it (anyone know where the full video can be seen?) This year, he put together a prosthetic leg for a professional dancer who lost her limb in the Boston Marathon bombing last year. As the 1 year anniversary of the marathon bombing approaches, it was a nice reminder to remember the stuff that really matters (hint: sport ethics aren't on the list...)
