Climbing Fundraiser for Boston Firefighter's Memorial Fund
« on: June 03, 2014, 11:02:03 PM »
Hey guys. As many of you may know, Boston lost two firefighter's, Eddie Walsh and Mike Kennedy in a tragic fire earlier this year.  A few of us Boston firefighters have teamed up to climb the Grand Teton via the Upper Exum in honor of our fallen brothers.  Our goal is to raise $10,000 to donate to the Lieutenant Walsh - Firefighter Kennedy Memorial Fund.  The fund was set up to assist the families with their tragic loss.  I set up a fundraiser page and was hoping the local climbing community could help spread the word and to help reach our goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated whether it be a donation or just by sharing the link on facebook.  Thanks for your time.

Yesterday we created a Facebook page for the fundraiser to give a little more information and to keep people updated.  Here's the link:

Again, any shares/likes on Facebook (or any social media) are much appreciated, as they are instrumental in helping us reach our goal.  Thanks again for your support.
