Lot of good advice here-- one more-- stay away from friends with lots of good jokes, and things that make you cough or sneeze. :laugh:

sneezing is definitely the worst.

Take the time to heal ;D while waiting get your shoes resoled and clean/ inspect all of your cams.

Don't try any leads before a complete heal..even a small fall hurts pretty bad   :'(

Road bike so fairly smooth riding.

Tried to hangboard the other day. Couldn't do it.

Yellow resistance bands ..very low pull, but keeps you a bit mobile..pulling from the side

Just chill.  Forget the hangboarding and stuff like that.  Enjoy being able to just loaf around and enjoy other aspects of life.  You'll get better in time and be back to crushing again (and having to train).

Definitely happy to relax a bit. Would be far more upset had this happened in winter.

Ribs are feeling mostly better. Its been 6.5 weeks since I've gotten on any real rock.
My rock objectives feel so far away now. Gonna start the M training I guess.

Thanks all for the great advice and just allowing me to be bummed out.
