Knee Injury
« on: November 06, 2016, 04:42:05 pm »
Hi, I recently started running and injured my knee. Iím looking for a good compression knee sleeve to see if it will help me continue to workout and get back to climbing. Has anyone here tried a compression knee sleeve by Grip Power Pads? It looks great online, but I just wanted some advice before I make a purchase. Thanks.

I've used the CEP Ortho+ for a few weeks at a time and it works great for my needs. Bear in mind this wasn't a doctors issued one and if your knee pain persists I'd recommend visiting a physician. For overuse stresses and a little additional support for hiking, skiing, climbing this works great.
