Conrad Anker

I am obviously behind the curve. I just read Mark Synnott's article about Conrad Ankers heart attack back in November. Scary that someone in his shape and his family background had a MI. Lucky for him it was just a single vessel blockage. Still could have ended very bad. Here's the article : http://www.nationalgeographic.com/adventure/2016/conrad-anker-survives-heart-attack-climbing-nepal/

Scary indeed, especially at my age and even with my high 'good' cholesterol. And let's not forget Joe, 52 and in super shape, dying from a heart attack on a TR in the Gunks. Just damn.
