if you look at the bottom right side of each individual post you will see 3 small icons. you can choose whoever you want to be able to rate the post. all are positive.

check it out...

Ken - it's in the lower right side of each post, other than your own. you have to roll over each icon for it to be really visible. several people have already rated your post!
