Rock Area Index / Cathedral Ledge / Should Have Been Here YesterRay (AKA Ray's Route) (5.12b)
Directions:  Starts from the top of P1 of Intimidation.
Description: Doug tells a funny story about this route. Ray Rice had bolted the route in 2002 but did not get around to doing it. That same year Doug tried it with Jeff Lougie and managed to get up it but didn't pull his rope from the crux bolt so didn't consider it a valid ascent. He told Ray that he hadn't done it so he would have a chance to complete it, since he established and cleaned it. In 2003 Jeff and Doug were trying to think of something to do after work and found themselves at the top of the first pitch of Intimidation. Doug figured he'd have another go at "Rays Route" and managed to do it after 4 or 5 tries. When he got home that evening Ray had left a message on my machine asking if he was interested in going with him to have a go at his route! Thus the name "Should Have Been Here YesterRay". Sort of funny........... unless youíre Ray!
Pitch 1: From the top of the first pitch of Intimidation traverse right for 20' with your feet at the lip of the roof passing a bolt. Go up 10' to second bolt and crux. After the crux follow finger crack to a third bolt and difficult exit move.
