Drive Rt 113 towards Evans Notch and park where possible at the entrance to the Basin Campground. Hike or ski the Basin Road into Basin Pond. Hike the Basin Trail until you pass a small bridge over the inlet stream and bushwack uphill to the obvious flows on your right.
